After all the fighting, un organization, bad communication, and the total Chaos of visiting Aqaba every weekend. I feel a pinch in my heart leaving for the last time. The butlers drove me crazy, the philippine female butlers drove me crazier, and my high blood egotistical chefs were enough for any one to jump off a cliff.

But I survived in this highly energetic, insane atmosphere. Thank you! Your Majesty's for a wonderful  life time experience in your country. From Start to finish. People should thank God everyday for they have been given. We have been blessed with the journeys bestowed on us. "Thank you"

Aqaba is located on the borders of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, a port town bountiful tourist attraction for mostly europeans. Diving, fishing are spectacular. Mountains jetting out surrounding the scenic stomping ground of Lawrence of Arabia.

Amman Jordan Adventure

I do apologize that we haven't blogged in 2 years, i will continue to blog and keep all of you updated. In fact we have missed you terribly.

We began my journey to Jordan in August of 2012. Being a little nervous for this particular adventure, the team of Candy, Cedric and I turned down a fantastic opportunity in Chicago. It was heads or tails decision.

The final decision was to take the Jordan Gig, I mean who gets to work for a king and Queen? This was exciting and hey this is life, you only live once. Right?

Coming from a non profit organization (Second Harvest Food Bank) this would be literary going from  fathom to feast. Working with the utmost unfortunate barely receiving a meal a day to working and cooking for the King and Queen of Jordan.

This was to  be one of many cultural adventures that the entire family had to endure. Were we crazy?
For 10 year old Cedric it would be starting over in unfamiliar waters starting a new school so he was enrolled in the Modern American School, a school for rich Jordanian kids who wish to excel in English. It was a challenge at first but he eventually fit in, he is the little politician.

For Candy her challenges were more personal. I thought Candy was a great driver and by right she never had an accident (Knock on wood) I don't think my Candy was happy, this adventure was a little over the edge. 2 accidents with Jordanian men who know no English, and this was the first week we arrived.  Poor Candy. When you get into an accident, the person in blame must pay a 45JD and wait for the police. This 45JD is proof of innocence. Candy is a trooper  going thru this. New land, New Culture and customs. Proud of you Mummy!

Jimei International

Working for the Jimei group was a life long expierience, in many ways it challanged me in ways no one could believe. Although there were many times I hated the treatment, becuase I'm an American and by nature we have a giving personalites and traits, hats off to Jack and Norman for opening my eyes to many differnt situations and circumstants.

Now annualy I had the pleaseure in judging beauty contests, (well someone has to do it) becuase of  my white face I was the choosen one. below is a blog.

Candidates to the Miss Fort Ilocandia 2006 proved the above statement true to media people who were present at its Pre–Pageant Night last weekend at the Fontana Leisure Parks in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
Some of the 22 young beautiful candidates admitted that this is their first time to join a beauty pageant. In all honesty, they also added that they are intimidated by the other girls in the competition who have been in and out of different national beauty pageants.
audia informed Manila Bulletin. Fontana Leisure Parks; and Tony Biggs, general manager of Fontana Leisure Parks and CEO of Jimei Hotels International.
